Jonathan W. Morgan – Pastor

Pastor Jonathan and his wife, Charma, came to minister at Faith in October 2008. Pastor Morgan has a background in church ministry and administration. His church ministry most recently included First Church of the Nazarene, New Castle, Indiana and he has served in administration at both World Gospel Mission and Oklahoma Wesleyan University. The Morgans have two adult sons and three grandchildren.
Mike Kotora – Worship Ministries

Pastor Mike and his wife, Kitty, arrived at Faith in February 2006. Mike serves as Director of Music and Worship and is responsible for overseeing the entire Worship Arts Ministry. This includes audio/visual, leading worship, directing the sanctuary choir, men’s and women’s choruses, bell choir and praise band. Mike holds degrees in both music performance and education and audio engineering. Mike and Kitty have two adult sons and two grandchildren.
Aaron Green – Teen Ministries

Pastor Aaron and wife, Rachael, joined the Faith family in 2009. Aaron directs the ministries that serve our middle school through college age students and their families. Aaron is an ordained minister and also has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Pastor Aaron and Rachael have three children.
Jarod Massie – Children Ministries

Pastor Jarod and his wife, Hillary, joined the Faith family in 2020. Jarod is the pastor for children from PreK to 6th grade and oversees our Nursery. He currently holds a Council License within the CCCU denomination as he works toward ordination. Jarod graduated from OCU in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree. He and Hillary have two children, Charlie and Oakley.
David Case – Adult Education
Dr. David Case serves as Adult Education leader for the Faith congregation. Dr. Case offers a rich teaching and preaching ministry. He has capably served Ohio Christian University since the fall of 1970 when he was hired by then-President Melvin Maxwell as a Bible/Theology professor. He also held the position of Academic Dean from 1976 to 1993. David and his wife, Sally, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

Carrie Clarke is our current Interim Administrator. She has a long term relationship with our daycare and school ministry and has been instrumental in the day to day operations. Carrie will serve as Administrator until we are able to hire a replacement for this recently vacated position. She has experience in teaching. Carrie is married with three children.
