Dear Parents and Teens,
The Follow Conference happens every four years. This year, it is in Cincinnati on Dec. 28-30. This event is being promoted in all our CCCU churches. With that being the case, there will be times when we meet up with other CCCU youth groups. The Follow Conference is an event close to home that our group is not only sure to enjoy but will be used by the Lord to refresh spirits and prepare hearts for a new year!!
This is a huge 3-day event with thousands of teens. Some of the best speakers in the youth world will be present. Cory Asbury and Radiant Church will be leading worship! Teens can look forward to a variety of breakout sessions on various topics as well as massive spaces filled with games and activities. There will also be a concert by Andy Mineo and downtown ice skating.
The out-of-pocket cost for Teens of Faith is ONLY $90. The actual cost is much more. Both the CCCU denomination and Faith Memorial Church is paying for a large portion of each student’s amount. We feel that it is that important for our teens to attend the Follow Conference. It is one of those events that most teens will only have one opportunity to attend during their time in the youth group.
We will be staying in one of several downtown Cincinnati hotels that have been reserved by the conference organizers. Our group will leave Lancaster on the afternoon of Dec. 28th, stay two nights in a hotel, and return the evening of the 30th. To register, simply submit payment to me for half the registration cost of $45 before November 30th. Each attendee will also be responsible for the purchase of two meals.
